I am unable to offer home boarding at this time.

I will always do my best to accomodate last-minute bookings. Get in touch and I'll see what I can do.

Your dog must be registered with me before I can take them out.

I do my best to ensure your dog comes back as clean as possible. If they get muddy or wet during a walk, I will towel dry them before returning them to you. However, depending on the weather and outdoor conditions, I can't always guarantee they'll be completely mud-free.

In bad weather (snow, storms, heatwaves, etc.) I always prioritise the safety and comfort of the dogs.

I make every effort to provide their walk in all weather conditions, but if conditions are unsafe, I may adjust the plan. Depending on the weather, I might shorten the walk.

I'll always keep you informed and discuss any necessary changes.

Yes, I have am a fully insured dog walker through Protectivity.

This covers Public Liability, Key Cover, Care, Custody & Control, and more.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, I currently only walk well-behaved dogs who are comfortable around other dogs, as I typically walk them in small packs. Unfortunately, I’m unable to accommodate dogs with special needs or significant behavioral issues at this time, as all dogs need to get along well with others during group walks.

If your dog becomes sick or injured during a walk, I will act quickly to ensure their safety and well-being.

I will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide basic first aid.

I'll contact you inform you of the situation and follow any instructions you provide. If urgent medical attention is required and I cannot reach you, I will take your dog to the nearest vet or your preferred vet clinic listed during your registration.

My regular walking days are Monday to Friday, but there may be opportunity for weekend walks on an ad-hoc basis depending on my availability.

Invoices are sent on the 25th of each month, after which you have 7 days to make payment.

I drive an unmarked, air conditioned van which is kitted out with spacious crash-tested crates.
